Plants are sent without pots, to facilitate packing.

Orders on average take two days to process, may be slightly longer during the busy Spring & Summer months.

We use Royal Mail as a carrier for plants & Evri for Pumice, items sold will be sent as Signed For Delivery, which will require a signature. 

This will then be used to check & used as verification that the item was delivered.

Please note that the Postage Prices are for the UK only. We cannot send outside the UK.

  We take pride growing our plants & therefore carefully pack each plant to ensure a safe delivery. 

  To ensure 100% customer satisfaction every time!    

As we are registered with APHA. Plant Passport info is supplied for each plant. 

In the event of the item received does not match the description or is damaged. 

We require photographic evidence of the item & box in order to investigate & either resolve or provide compensation.

Compensation will not be greater than the total amount paid for the item & Postage & Packing.

Should you wish to return the item or items as you have changed your mind without there being something wrong ie damaged or it's not as described. The return postage will  have to paid by the customer and will not be refunded.

We will not replace or give refunds for plants after 14 days should the plant die, as we cannot be responsible for the lack of growing experience by the customer or the growing conditions & environment the plant are kept in after being delivered.

Preferred payment is through Paypal, as this is an easy way to pay that is safe & secure.
