Christmas Parcel Dispatch Rush

We have made the decision to stop sending out orders from now until the 5^th of January 2026.

This decision has been brought about due to the high volume of work looking into orders that are taking longer to get to the customers, due to the Xmas rush of Couriers this time of the year. This is very time consuming preventing our normal daily work. As Courier companies are not answering calls & emails.

If you wish to place an order, so as not risk the items selling out. The orders will be held for dispatching after the 5th of Jan 2025, if they are paid for prior. We cannot hold plants to be paid at a later date.

We apologise for this but currently Courier companies are inundated with deliveries & are struggling to cope with many operating a system of leaving them on doorsteps & taking photos as proof of delivery which are innadacute & difficult for using as proof of non delivery or to establish if the parcel has been delivered or even to the right address.
